A dram of knowledge, a shot of inspiration, a double shot of courage and a splash of luck – that is the recipe for an innovative bar culture.
Our pioneer is Thomas Henry. Pharmacist, gentleman, member of the Royal Society and relentless discoverer on behalf of humanity – his invention revolutionised the industry. He made water non-perishable through meticulousness and seemingly alchemistic knowledge. By 1773, he had revolutionised the world of drinks with his inspiration and courage: soft drinks with carbonation – connoisseur Thomas Henry was the first to realise this – gives mixed drinks a previously unheard of youthful freshness and a pleasantly mature character.
New Era of Bar Culture
Thanks to Thomas Henry, a new age of bar culture began which has been driving bartenders to this day. The fun of trying new things creates new enjoyment, and innovative mixtures lead to exciting atmospheres – atmosphere follows inspiration. This is why Thomas Henry is our namesake and ambassador.
We are always on the lookout for that unique composition. For us, drinks are a science. This discovery has and will continue to inspire bartenders around the world to keep developing new and better variations of the most beloved long drinks. Thomas Henry – Dry Tonic
Some people prefer it fruity, others prefer it extra dry. Our Dry Tonic is the answer for all gin lovers who are looking for a less sweet alternative to the classic Tonic Water. With only 6.5 g of sugar per 100 ml and its perceived increase in bitterness, it creates a pleasantly dry taste experience and allowing bartenders to add an exciting twist to any drink featuring tonic.
Our Dry Tonic matches best with modern and floral gins as well as vermouth or aperitif spirits. The pleasantly dry taste can also be created by mixing it with vodka and tequila. With its citric freshness in the finish, it is charming in its very own way. Cheers!

Our Botanical Tonic convinces with a balanced taste composition and a harmonious freshness-sweetness ratio. Local and Mediterranean floral, herbal and fruity notes meet the pleasant and mild bitterness of quinine. It is packed with the natural aromas of tarragon, laurel, elder and spruce needles, combined with natural tonic aromas as well as rosemary and juniper extracts. The result: A particularly mild, flowery-herbal tonic that is wonderfully refreshing!

Thomas Henry – Pink Grapefruit
Our Pink Grapefruit is much more than just a lemonade for the summer. Even if it already looks like a mini-holiday thanks to its blaze of colour. The unique fusion of sweet and sour makes grapefruit the perfect basis for our fruity-bitter, sparkling bar lemonade. It is especially suitable as a premium mixer for innumerable tiki drinks. Of course, we have not forgotten a pinch of sea salt. Since it is what first makes the summery drink experience truly complete.
